Sealed Tenders marked "Machinery Tender" will be accepted by the undersigned until 4:30 pm, March 31, 2024 for the following machinery work, including operator at a cost per hour:
1. Front-End Loader
2. Trucks
3. Crawler Cat
4. Bachoe
5. Mulcher
6. High Hoe
7. Other (if applicable)
State price on each make, model, size of bucket and horsepower of equipment exclusively for the Rural Municipality of Lakeshore. effective January 1 to December 31, 2024. Specify the location of the equipment.
Tenders not necessarily opened on closing date of tender.
Lowest or any tender, in whole or part, not necessarily accepted.
It is to be understood that by accepting you tender, Council reserves the right at its discretion to terminate and hire an alternate supplier, if you are unable or unwilling to provide the services as required.
