NOTICE OF TENDER - Cemetery and School Cairns

-SCOPE OF WORK

-- The RM of Lakeshore is accepting tenders for lawn mowing and trimming for the following properties:

Cemeteries :

Turtle River Cemetery - NE-29-24-16W

Ochre River Cemetery - NE 2-24-17W

Makinak Cemetery 1 - SE 20-23-16W

Makinak Cemetery 2 - SW 16-23-16W

Makinak Cemetery 3 - SW 16-23-16W

School Cairns: 

SE 5-22-16W

SW 15-23-17W

- Tenders must include ALL listed Properties.

- Tenders must include all equipment that will be in operation.

- Tenders should reflect pricing of mowing/trimming being done on a weekly basis.

- Proof of adequate insurance coverage will be required for the successful applicant of this tender. 

Please submit your tender in a sealed envelope marked "Lawn Care Tender 2024" at Ochre River Municipal Office by May 15th, 2024 at 4:30 PM.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
